These terms govern the use of Christophesavery's engineering consultancy services and the delivery of structural blueprints and load-bearing analysis for logistics warehouse projects in Malaysia.
Christophesavery provides structural engineering consultancy, including the preparation of structural blueprints, load-bearing calculations, and foundation assessments for logistics warehouse construction. Each engagement is defined by a written scope of work that specifies the deliverables, the applicable design standards, and the project timeline. Services are limited to the structural engineering discipline and do not extend to architectural design, construction management, or geotechnical investigation unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, including site survey data, soil investigation reports, intended building dimensions, and any operational requirements such as racking loads or vehicle access. Delays in supplying this information may affect the delivery schedule. The client must also obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, as Christophesavery's role is limited to structural design and analysis.
Christophesavery exercises professional care in the preparation of structural documents and analysis. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered and does not cover consequential damages, including construction delays, loss of use, or third-party claims. The client is advised to verify that the final design is suitable for the intended site conditions before commencing construction.
All structural drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by Christophesavery remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the documents for the specific project described in the agreement. Documents may not be reused for a different site or building without prior written consent and a new assessment.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party fails to meet its obligations under the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of notice. Christophesavery will deliver any finished documents related to the completed portion of the work, provided that payment has been settled.
Christophesavery may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in professional standards or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
