Standards That Define Our Structural Work

Every blueprint we issue follows the same discipline: verified load paths, traceable calculations, and steel details that hold up under real warehouse conditions. This page explains the principles behind our engineering practice.

The people behind the drawings

Christophe Savery runs as a compact senior team. Every blueprint is reviewed by the engineer who designed it and by a second pair of eyes before it leaves the office.

Why this practice exists and what it commits to on every warehouse project.

Our standards are the reason clients return with the next site.

Load paths before aesthetics

Every blueprint starts with the load path. We trace forces from the roof cladding down through purlins, rafters, columns, and footings before a single architectural line is drawn. This order keeps the structure honest and the budget predictable.

Steel that fits the site

Malaysia's soil varies from coastal clay to weathered granite. We size foundations and steel members against actual ground conditions, not generic tables. A racking system that works in Port Klang may need a completely different slab in Ipoh.

Drawings that builders can follow

A structural drawing is a contract. We keep details explicit: bolt grades, weld symbols, camber values, and expansion joint locations. When the site team does not have to guess, rework drops and the schedule holds.

Review cycles with the client, not in isolation

We share intermediate calculations and markups before finalizing. The client sees how a change in bay spacing or mezzanine loading affects the frame. That transparency prevents surprises at tender stage.

Documentation that survives handover

Structural reports include assumptions, material specs, and maintenance notes. When the facility changes hands or adds automation later, the original design intent is still readable. That is the difference between a building and a liability.
